Maryrose Celebration Cakes
Cake making and decoration have been of special interest to me for many years. The decision to retire gave me the opportunity to launch Maryrose Celebration Cakes.
All recipes are my own and my fruit cake is matured for a minimum of three months. Best quality ingredients are used to ensure an excellent product. I cover the cake using highest quality marzipan and sugarpaste (fondant icing).
I use my own sponge and maderia cake recipes both of which can be covered with or without marzipan before covering with sugarpaste. You can of course have a wedding cake that is all maderia or a combination of fruit cake and maderia. Maderia and sponge cake can be in many flavours.
